Nathan Igeme Nabeta

Chairman, Africa Renaissance Investment Fund

Nathan Igeme Nabeta is a Ugandan entrepreneur, legislator, and development champion with over two decades of experience building enterprises across media, logistics, technology, and real estate. A three-term Member of Parliament for Butembe County, Jinja, he served as Minister of State for Trade and Industry and chaired the Parliamentary Committee on ICT, steering landmark legislation including Uganda's Computer Misuse Act and Electronic Transactions Act. The founder of NBS Television, Smart FM, and the Jinja Industrial and Technology Park (LAVIT), Nathan brings a rare blend of private-sector drive and public-policy insight to Arifund's board, guiding the Fund's mission to catalyse industrial and digital transformation in East Africa.

Kenneth Legesi

Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer, Oakstone Capital

Kenneth Legesi is a CFA Charterholder and infrastructure finance specialist with over 20 years of experience advising on complex capital projects across Africa, Europe, and North America. Educated at Makerere University (BSc Civil Engineering, First Class) and Imperial College London (MSc, Distinction), he built his career at Royal Haskoning, Black & Veatch, Atkins, and Deloitte before founding Oakstone Capital in 2019. A Licensed Investment Advisor with the Capital Markets Authority Uganda, Kenneth oversees Arifund's investment strategy, transaction structuring, and capital mobilisation — with a track record spanning climate finance, industrial infrastructure, geothermal energy, and affordable housing across 21 countries.
